For Wheelchair Users
- Three wheelchairs are available for loan. Please ask the museum staff at the reception desk.
- The inside of the museum is entirely barrier-free and is accessible to persons in wheelchairs.
Elevator
- To access Exhibit Room No.5, please use the elevator in Exhibit Room No.4.
- To access Café Terrace Aya (third floor), please use the elevator near the reception desk.
Wheelchair-Accessible Restrooms
- Accessible restrooms are located on the first floor and the second floor.

- Admission to special exhibitions organized by the Kyushu Ceramic Museum is free for visitors with a disability card/proof of disability and their caregivers.

For Visitors with Young Children
- Two strollers are available for loan. Please ask the museum staff at the reception desk.
- Diaper changing tables and baby seats are located in the accessible restrooms on the first floor and in the Arita ware restrooms.
- The inside of the museum is entirely barrier-free and is accessible by stroller.
