The Kyushu Ceramic Designers Association has long lasted as a group where people interested in ceramic culture, including corporate designers, educators, and Saga Ceramic Research Laboratory staff involved in ceramic design, gather freely and speak out, mainly in the Hizen ceramic industry area that spans Saga and Nagasaki prefectures. It has taken root in the region through ceramic culture and has become the matrix of the design movement in Kyushu in the postwar period.

We hope that many people will see the results of this exhibition, which introduces the works of the current members.
